So this week went by super fast for me and now that i think of it it was kind of a blur. Halloween came and went way too fast! This week was full of good conversations about prejudice and Jane Elliot. I would like to think that the talk on Saturday changed more life or atleast the way I look at life. I am so glad we had to attend this talk for class because I honestly don't think I would have gone on my own and I would be missing out on a realy good 3 hrs. I also, really enjoyed watching October Sky. It's one of my favorite movies and I think it is so enspiring. I guess this week was full of inspiration for me. It was one of those weeks were I took a step back and evaluated myself. I thought about not only how I was doing here at school but also just how I was doing as a human being. I questioned myself whether this is who I wanted to be. I'm glad I was forced to think about things because of FS this week. Although this week wasn't always good (due to reasons I won't list) I enjoyed it because it made me think.

I'm glad you took the time to think about where you are right now...having the ability to reflect on our lives is vitally important if we don't want to end up at the end of them wondering how we got there. I hope FS will continue to provide that opportunity to you and that you gain something from those experiences.
