The second Debriefing...
The week's discussion was one that I could really relate to. Focusing on how music shapes our personality and whether or not it can raise intellegence, it was much more entertaining and interesting than the flip-flops and presidental debate segments.
The third debriefing...
i guess the main discussion topic i wanted to talk about was aging. i just feel that life only gets worse when you get past a certain age...

the fourth....
so my webct is acting funny, and i can't see what this debriefing is supposed to be about exactly. i guess i'll talk about the electric car....
the fifth...
this week, we had more problems with the library, which are hopefully resolved now, but we discussed Queen Latifah, prisons, and intro/extroversion. Groups 1 and 2 for the podcasts uploaded theirs to the site....
the sixth.....
this week, we had two podcasts to listen to. i was supposed to be in group 4, but since i was hospitalized, i couldn't contribute. i will make my own and it will be available on the thursday we get back from fall break....

The seventh...
This week, we looked at laughter, life in the coal mines, and Sputnik/ the Cold War....
the eighth....
this week, we looked at professor Knupsky's favorite topic, language. we also looked at how words can be used for prejudice AND liberation...
the ninth....
We presented some of our commentaries this week. Molly, Lexie, Will, Ashley, and I all went. I thought it went over well and am happy with the results...
the tenth....
this week we discussed dreams, Anthony Hopkins, IQ vs. humor, and pumpkins. Julia, Alex, Kirsten, Didem, and Ryan all presented their commentaries....
the twelfth....
this week was the first week without Sunday Morning. We talked about Complaint Choirs and Mindful Meditation....
The eleventh.....
This week, instead of watching Sunday Morning, two groups presented their own episodes. It was compelling to watch my classmates create their versions of a television show that we all watched during this semester...
The very last of this semester!!
This is the last mandatory blog of the semester. i might continue it other semesters though. this week, it was my group's turn to present our episode of Sunday Morning.....
