APL Questionnaire

The academic planning process spans your first four semesters at Allegheny. It is designed to assist you in choosing a program of study and articulating a rationale for that choice. The FS Steering Committee (Professors Bomberger, Fleury, Willey, Schindler, and Dickey) is interested in your APL experiences. We want to know what you think of APL!

The questionnaire below begins by asking you to list the various exercises that you did in FS101 and APL and then what you thought of those exercises. Your answers are fully confidential. We are asking you to include your email address so that your name can be entered in a cash drawing (first prize $100, second prize $50, and third prize $25) but as soon as the questionnaire is received, your email address will be removed and put into a separate file. This questionnaire is being sent to only a few students in each class, so your responses are important (and your chance of winning is quite good!).

So just answer the questions as honestly as you can and then press the Submit button at the bottom of the page. And good luck!
