<title>Jail &#039;N Bail 2008!</title>
<link>http://webpub.allegheny.edu/group/theta/modules.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=20</link>
<description>Kappa Alpha Theta is hosting our first annual Jail 'N Bail event on April 11th, 2008. The event will run from 5-11 PM in the Allegheny Campus Center and include food, fun, raffles, and games!

How does it work? Organizations, departments, etc. on campus will pay $10 to have someone "arrested" by a Theta. They will then be put in Jail, located in the campus center. They will have until the end of the night to post "bail", which is $20. All the money raised will go to the Meadville branch of CASA, our philanthropy.

Make sure to stop by!</description>

<link>http://webpub.allegheny.edu/group/theta/modules.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=10</link>
<description><br>
<p>The semester is quickly coming to an end, and the holiday season will be here before you know it. The sisters of Kappa Alpha Theta would like to wish everyone good luck on finals. May they go well, and may your winter break be considerably more relaxing than the rest of the semester.</p>
<p>We'll be back on campus for Spring Recruitment, which begins on Tuesday, January 16th. If you're interested in Greek Life, please consider coming back from break a few days early to go through the recruitment process. You can go through recruitment and still decide that Greek Life's not for you, so give it a chance!!</p>
<p>See ya in '07,<br>The Sisters of Kappa Alpha Theta</p>

<title>Look Who&#039;s Been Twin Starred</title>
<link>http://webpub.allegheny.edu/group/theta/modules.php?name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=9</link>
<description><br>
<p>Our most recent faculty member to be Twin Starred was Joe DiChristina, the Dean of the Students at Allegheny College. He certainly deserves a great deal of recognition, for he helped Theta raise over $500 for CASA in our Theta Twister Tournament. Joe took the time out of his busy weekend to be our guest "spinner" and called out commands during many of our Twister games. He even made a generous donation to our philanthropy. We are extremely grateful to Joe for his enthusiasm for his students and his dedication to Allegheny, which were both evident through his assistance in our Theta Twister philanthropy event!</p>
