Voting Procedures. At the meeting prior to voting, the Executive Committee will make an announcement saying that any member can nominate either him/herself or another member of the Chapter. A short paragraph will be written by all nominees to be sent out to the whole Chapter prior to elections. The new Executive Committee must be elected by a majority vote of the present members. Only members with extenuating circumstances approved by the Executive committee may vote before elections. -Elections will take place at the next meeting.
