1. Registered as a Psychology major or minor
2. Completion of 3 semesters of college course
3. Completion of 9 credit hours in Psychology (generally 3 courses)
4. Must rank in the top 35% of your academic class in general scholarship
5. Minimum GPA in general scholarship
6. Minimum GPA in Psychology coursework
These are the requirements of the students who are members of Psi Chi:
1. Attendance of at least 50% of general meetings
- Meetings are held the first and third Tuesday of every month in Carnegie 101 at 8:30 pm
2. Attendance at outside events hosted or approved by Psi Chi (minimum of 3 for the academic year- 2 required for Spring 2008)
- Activities can include: volunteer trips, speakers on campus relevant to Psychology,
inductions, the Psychology department picnic, and many others
Applications for the Spring 2008 semester are due Tuesday, March 11th by 4pm! Applications received after this time will not be accepted. The application can be found under the Applicant Information link to the right. We look forward to receiving your application!!
