Even astounding himself
Lemming grows long
Long ears and soft bushy tail
Yet the yearning to jump still stayed

So when the time came
And when the others decided it was time
Rabbit flew into an abyss not meant for himself

Yet relished in the company of thousands
And a sleep everlasting
