Pelleter Library, Allegheny College

In 1939, Ida Tarbell gave to Allegheny College her research materials related to Abraham Lincoln. After her death, Sarah Tarbell, Ida's sister, gave to Allegheny College, Tarbell's papers along with her personal library. Papers relating to the work on the Standard Oil Company were to given to the Drake Well Museum.

There is approximately 40 linear feet of documents.

Papers were microfilmed in 2001-2002 with the assistance of a grant from PHMC.
