Here are the groups which the class members created:

The Quadlings

• Color -- purple
• Symbol -- An outstretched hand, reaching from a glowing yellow light, on a purple background; the hand symbolizes benevolence.

• Color -- yellow
• Symbol -- A five-pointed yellow star, representing the five members of the group, with a portrait of their cultic deity in the center; their slogan is "peaceful but powerful".

• Color -- green
• Symbol -- A ladybug on a green background which represents a leaf; the ladybug has five international female symbols on its back, and next to it on the leaf is one international male symbol. The ladybug represents an incident in the group's early history.

• Color -- red
• Symbol -- An owl, the symbol of wisdom, perched in front of a doorway; the doorway symbolizes this group's control over access to the classroom.
