After struggling to get this picture up for a good half hour I gave up and posted it like this. I hope you can see it when you click on the link.. If you can't it is a picture of the home crowd the the Koln hockey game. What I found so fun about this picture is the sheer loyalty and sense of fun it shows in the German citizens. They will cheer for any team good or bad. And not only cheer, but really enthusiastically too. These people bring marching band drums, wear total red and white outfits, and have coordinated song and dance numbers. It is so fun. There are no fair weather fans in Germany, there are only fans of the game.
