Experiential Learning Term Itinerary, 12 May - 2 June 2008

Application for Sustainability and Economic Development in Africa: Ghana!

Prerequisites: Permission of the instructor.  Allegheny degree-seeking students must be in-residence in spring 2008 (that is, enrolled in and taking fulltime courses), and in good academic and disciplinary standing.  Capacity to appreciate challenges of traveling in the developing world, e.g., sporadic absences of hot water, electricity, and western foods. Faculty leaders will review applications and may conduct interviews in order to select participants.
