LITS Organizational Changes

The Office of Educational Technology has been disbanded and the services previously provided by it are now being offered by other functional units of the LITS organization.

Instructional technology services are now being delivered out of the main floor of Pelletier along with the other teaching, learning, and research services. Instructional technologists can be contacted by email to arrange consulting services, learning technology, etc...

Desktop and public computer support is now offered through User Services which is located in Murray Hall. User Services is a new functional group responsible for computer installation/repair, public labs, classrooms, technology training, and providing the frontline support previously offered through the Computing Help Desk. User Services also maintains the Computing Services website at computing.allegheny.edu.
