Women's Rugby

The Allegheny Womenâ??s Rugby Club is a group of highly spirited students who are eager to improve their individual skills while achieving team goals. The club currently has thirty active members who compete in matches throughout the fall and spring. The team schedules several home matches each semester and travels to schools within a three hour radius to compete against other members of the Allegheny Rugby Union (ARU). To fulfill their mission, the women strive to break the norm, demonstrating their high level of skill while engaging in a competitive contact sport. Consistent involvement with various community service projects has established a positive image for Gator Rugby. This club encourages new members to participate in all activities.
