A limited selection of portable equipment is available to faculty for short-term loan. Media Services uses a "walk-in" policy for equipment loans, we do not deliver or set up equipment for classroom use.

The Media Services staff is available to instruct you on the operation of any media equipment housed in the Library and available for loan. Please call the Media Services Desk at 4784 to schedule a session in the use of the equipment.

A VHS camcorder is available for loan to First Course Faculty. The loan period is 24 hours with a renewal for an additional 24 hours if the camcorder isn't reserved for another use.

Because of anticipated high demand for this equipment, we recommend that you email or call to reserve it.

Monday--Thursday: 9 am to 5 pm

and 6 pm to 9 pm

Friday: 9 am to 1 pm

Sunday: 6 pm to 10 pm
