Procedure:

Export to Excel file. Import into Students Access Database. Using a query, link the created table to the "Phone Requests" table.

Create a field "In Use?". Using an update query, update the "In Use" field to "N".

*To identify phones not in use: Using a update query, update the "Phone in Use" field to Yes from the linked list. Run the "Phones Not in Use" report.
