Registration Holds for Mail Merge

Description:

Creates a list of students that not not have TMS and have a balance over $500. This list is used to notify the students that a registration hold will be placed on their account if their balance is not paid.

Timing:

3rd week in October and 3rd week in March

Run report, export to excel file, merge into letter to send home, one to send to local address and send email notice.
