Procedure:

Export to Excel file. Import into Students Access Database. Using a query, link the created table to the Phones by Room table.

*To identify phones not in use: Using a update query, update the "Phone in Use" field to Yes from this list. Run the "Phones Not in Use" report.

Used to identify phones that are in use.
