Allegheny College TV

ACTV or Allegheny College TV, is the student-run television station within the Department of Communication Arts. Students organize the programming schedules, direct, produce, and host shows that showcase campus and community activities and college talent. Popular programs that ran during the academic year 2004-2005 included

* Primetime with Steve Lisowski
* a campus version of the Dating Game
* top student documentaries from the Senior Thesis Projects
* reruns of The Dead Zone produced by Allegheny alumnus Lloyd Segan for the network station USA

In addition, students also created music videos, news magazines, and sports newscasts on a weekly basis.

WARC 90.3

The Mission of WARC 90.3fm Meadville, Pennsylvania is to operate and promote a professional alternative radio station and serve as an educational tool for listeners and disc jockeys alike. It is a non-commercial, student-run college station, an alternative in an overwhelmingly for-profit, corporate media system. WARC has a regular programming schedule with shows hosted by Allegheny College students, faculty, and staff from around the college.
