| Preparation for the Senior Comprehensive Project. Students study communication research methods, conducting exploratory research, developing focused topics, and addressing issues of composition (writing, speaking, video production, editing) and revision. Much of the work for the seminar is conducted independently or in small groups; the culminating assignment is a Comprehensive Project proposal. Credit: one semester hour. Offered credit/no credit only. Must be taken by all majors spring semester of the junior year. (Special arrangements made for students studying off-campus that semester.) |
